Upon arrival, our team will assess the designated area to ensure it is free of obstructions. We will then assemble the inflatable and attachment on-site, inflating it to surround the base and safeguard the rider. A brief test run lasting approximately five minutes will be conducted to verify that everything is functioning correctly and safely before the event begins.

For safety reasons, all riders are required to adhere to certain rules, such as removing shoes and any sharp objects from pockets. Riders then climb onto the ride, while our trained operator controls the speed, allowing fun for everyone who is 1.2 meters (4 feet) tall or taller.

1. An even, reasonably flat area of at least 20 feet by 20 feet.
2. A ceiling height of at least 9 feet.
3. A standard 13-amp, 3-pin wall socket within 30 meters of the setup location.
4. No sharp objects or edges near the operating area.
5. For licensed premises, the bull must be positioned in a separate area away from guests with glasses.
