What do we need to check about the site?

Share the clear area, ceiling height if indoors, surface, access route and power location. The inflatable’s full setup space can be larger than its footprint. Confirm anchoring, participant restrictions, supervision and weather arrangements for the selected unit.

Are delivery, setup and supervision included?

Ask for the quote to list delivery, installation, collection and supervision arrangements separately. Tell us the event opening and closing times and when the site is accessible. Do not assume an operator or extended hire period is included unless confirmed.
