A festive choice for your event

Plan a Christmas fair, a school celebration or a company family day around a clear seasonal theme. This item gives guests something to notice as they arrive. It also helps you create a dedicated area within a larger event. For example, you could place nearby decorations in matching colours and leave a clear route for visitors.

Arrange your own wearer and event activities. Before you book, tell us how you want to use it. We can then check your date, venue and hire arrangements. Your final quote will confirm the agreed service and any extras.

Planning your elf costume hire

Costume measurements are not supplied; confirm wearer size and fit before booking. Provide a private changing area and space for the wearer to move comfortably. Share details of doorways, steps and the proposed setup area. Indoor venues also need enough clear ceiling height where relevant. Therefore, checking the space early helps you choose a practical layout.

Think about your guests as well as the item itself. Leave room for people to approach, enjoy the activity or display, and move on. If you plan family photographs, allow a little extra room for the camera. Keep nearby entrances clear throughout the event.

Prices and hire arrangements
