Two trained staff look after the setup and service. Typically, we arrive around an hour before the first pour. The couple or event hosts can start the celebration by pouring the first bottles, then our team continues the service and hands drinks to guests.
A standard hosted service runs for one hour from the first pour. This is a one-drink service, with any further drinks served in the venue’s own glasses. We collect the coupe glasses before dinner and remove our equipment after the service. Longer arrangements can be discussed when you enquire.
Choose from towers with 55, 91, 140 or 204 glasses, with larger displays available on request. A 91-glass tower is a popular choice when you want a strong visual impact. However, the right size also depends on your guest numbers, drinks plans and available space.
We offer different base styles and can discuss branding for corporate events or product launches. We also work with production teams to coordinate the tower with the wider event design. Tell us about any backdrop, branding or staging plans before confirming your setup.
Champagne, sparkling wine and other suitable drinks can be used. Ask us to confirm quantities and who will supply the drink. We will also agree the base or table arrangement, safe working space, access and parking with you and the venue.
